One of the goals of Presnell Plantation is to establish a learning facility dedicated to the outdoor and agricultural industries. Presnell Institute “Where the textbook meets the real world” will offer educational and vocational training programs that will extend for weeks, months, or even a year where students can earn credit hours and relevant job skills.
Students, using the management and operational principles of the Presnell Plantation Model, will gain an understanding and skill sets that can be applied across industry boundaries.
Presnell Institute specializes in the areas of real estate, property management, woodlands, wildlife habitat enhancement, wetlands, agriculture, livestock, aquaculture, specialty products, technical tools, and federal, state, and local income generating and property enhancement program implementation.
